Shipping & Returns
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Note: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility:
-Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
-All tags must be attached.
-Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at service@sportsmansbundle.com with your order number and reason for return.
-We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Important: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds:
-Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
-Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
