Steel forks covered with soft rubber firmly grip different sized objects by simply rotating the fork and locking the wing nut. Mounting blocks made from aircraft quality aluminum attach to handle bars or ATV cargo rack rails. Blocks can also be turned around for use on square rails. Rubber snubbers included for use in rough terrain.
