Designed by BPT Pro Randall Tharp and Elite Pro Wes Logan, the Outlaw has the tungsten bead inside which produces a loud thump noise through the chamber on every twitch to attract fish in a long range. Sitting level on top of the water, it can be fished in skinny water on top of grass without any snag. Easily walk-the-dog retrieve combined with three Mustad TG76 treble hooks makes it pros' go-to topwater walking bait.
