The heavy-duty 7’0” medium-heavy fiberglass rod has a full EVA handle for hours of comfort. This set up is ideal for targeting bluefish, flounder, ladyfish, redfish, and speckled trout. Zebco collaborated with Eagle Claw®, a top name in hooks and fishing accessories, to hand pick the best hook sizes, weights, baits, and other necessities for targeting saltwater species. The Eagle Claw tackle kit comes with all components needed for targeting light- to medium-sized inshore species. Fish with live bait or cut bait using a pyramid sinker, brass snap swivel, and baitholder float rig, adjusting the float to match the desired depth. Attach the sinker slide to the main line and clip on the pyramid sinker. Use brass snap swivel to attach the included leader to the main line. Use the sliding sinker rig to rest on the bottom and wait for a bite. Attach the brass barrel swivel to the main line and use a hook from the saltwater hook assortment to clip onto the Saltwater Ready Rig with the brass snap swivel. Use the Saltwater Ready Rig to explore the bottom with live bait. This rig works best for barracuda, sharks, mackerel, and other toothy fish.
